All sessions include a fully heated wood-fired barrel sauna delivered to your location, drinking water, changing tent, outdoor chairs, and your sauna host nearby for assistance. Delivery within 30 miles of Green Bay is free.
Bring swimsuits or light cotton clothing (required for all sessions) and your own towels - two per person is recommended. You're welcome to bring drinks and snacks to enjoy outside the sauna between rounds. Everything else is provided, including the heated sauna, water, and seating areas.
No experience or special fitness level required! Sauna sessions are relaxed and completely self-paced. Most guests simply enjoy the warmth, step outside to cool down when ready, and repeat the cycle. Your sauna host will be nearby if you need any assistance, and you can go at whatever pace feels comfortable.
Our barrel sauna comfortably seats up to 8 guests, with space for up to 10 friends in a group. The wood-fired stove heats the sauna to 160-200°F, and you can pour water over the hot stones to create steam (löyly) for added humidity and intensity.
Our saunas operate comfortably in most weather conditions - rain, snow, or cold actually enhance the experience! If severe weather affects your scheduled session, we'll work with you to reschedule. Contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
Sessions are conducted in English, and our sauna host will be available nearby throughout your 60-minute experience. For private sessions, we accommodate groups of up to 10 people maximum.
