Step into the heat of our authentic barrel sauna, then head outside to cool down, relax, and enjoy the setting before going back in for another round. Over your 50-minute session, you’ll find your own rhythm between hot sauna rounds, fresh air, conversation, and that incredibly good feeling that comes from warming up and cooling down. Sessions are limited to just 8 guests, keeping the experience comfortable, relaxed, and personal. Coming with your own crew? Groups of 9 or more friends can also book together for a private-feeling sauna outing. Whether you’re a longtime sauna fan or trying it for the first time, this is an easygoing way to add something memorable to your day. Guests arrive, change if needed in the provided changing stations, and get oriented with the sauna.

Relax inside the sauna, cool down outside, and repeat the cycle at your own pace. Most people repeat this sauna cycle 4–5 times an hour while relaxing between rounds. Your host will check in occasionally during the session to make sure everything is running smoothly
